RFM Analysis is a data-driven customer segmentation technique used to identify your most valuable customers, and those at risk of leaving. It evaluates customers across three dimensions:
How recently did the customer make a purchase? Recent buyers are more likely to buy again and more responsive to offers.
How often does the customer purchase? Frequent buyers are more engaged and loyal to your brand.
How much does the customer spend? High-value customers contribute the most to your bottom line.
Each dimension is scored from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest). These scores are combined to classify customers into actionable segments, each requiring a different retention or marketing strategy.
